Background
I have enjoyed a varied career to date which has been mainly focused on the London Insurance market. From broker backup/technician, broking marine cargo risks to operational management and leading high performance teams in business architecture, operational resilience, emergency response, market engagement and large-scale transformation. My roles at Lloyd's have included Head of Process Design and Electronic Distribution, Head of UK Operations and Head of Market Engagement on BluePrint 2. I have sat on numerous London and global boards as a non-executive director in addition to market committees representing both Lloyd's and major insurance broking houses. I have been deeply involved in all of the major market wide transformation programmes acting in various roles, including the Central Services Refresh Programme, the LMTOM, Lloyd's Part VII Transfer, Lloyd's Coverholder Workbench and, finally, Blueprint Two. Additionally I ran Lloyd's global operational response to COVID. My involvement with ACORD and Ruschlikon stretches back 15 years, standards and processes which underpin the future of market transformation.
